Job summary

Creekside Health and Rehab in Indianapolis, IN is seeking compassionate CNAs to provide daily resident care under a licensed nurse. This role includes evening and night shifts, with tuition reimbursement and a partnership for a free community college education through Ivy Tech.

As a CNA you will assist with bathing, dressing, feeding, vital signs, and documentation while upholding safety and HIPAA standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, unless working under a student permit.
• Must be ISDH-certified as a CNA in good standing; 120 days provisional for transfer.
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Word) required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, toileting, oral hygiene, grooming, and dressing.
• Assist feeding, hydration, snacks, and transfers per care plan.
• Monitor catheters and provide catheter care as assigned.
• Assist with turning, positioning, mobility, and ambulation.
• Document vital signs and maintain care records per facility policy.
• Maintain safe, clean, and infection-control compliant environments.
• Report incidents and communicate with the nurse staff.
