Job summary

Grant Healthcare & Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate and dependable CNAs to join our team on both Day and Night Shifts. You will provide hands-on care to residents, support nurses, and help maintain a safe, respectful environment.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities, vital signs, and timely communication with the care team. A CNA certification and a year of long-term care experience are preferred, with opportunities for shift differentials and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Compassionate and dependable CNAs wanted to join our team.
• Current state CNA certification is required.
• Experience in long-term care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Attend to residents' needs including bathing, feeding, dressing and ambulating.
• Take and record vital signs and assist with lifting and transporting.
• Report changes to nursing staff and work with nurses to ensure quality care.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.
• Rotate holidays as required.
