Job summary

Creekside Village, part of American Senior Communities, is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant for evening and night shifts. As a CNA, you will build meaningful relationships with residents and support daily living activities to promote dignity and comfort.

Qualifications

• Valid and current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Indiana.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and assisting with mobility.
• Geriatric care passion and commitment to senior care excellence.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
• Collaborate with nursing teams to ensure coordinated care.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Assist with mobility including transfers and repositioning.
• Assist during meals and accommodate dietary needs.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' wellbeing.
