Creekside Village, operated by American Senior Communities, is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant for evenings and nights to provide compassionate resident care.

You will assist with daily living activities, support mobility and nutrition, and collaborate with nursing teams to ensure comprehensive care. This role emphasizes empathy, reliability, and attention to residents’ comfort and safety.

Qualifications

• Indiana CNA certification required.
• Must be able to perform physical tasks including lifting and assisting with mobility.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and senior care excellence.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
• Work with nursing and healthcare teams to ensure coordinated care.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and repositioning to promote independence.
• Support residents during mealtimes with nutrition needs.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' well-being.
