Creative Solutions in Healthcare is seeking a reliable and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team, providing compassionate care and daily support to residents while collaborating with the care team.

You will assist with grooming, bathing, mobility, recording vitals and meals, maintain resident environments, and encourage engagement, adhering to safety policies and the Patient Bill of Rights.

Qualifications

• Holds a current Nursing Assistant Certification from the State of Texas
• Ability to accurately record information and perform technical procedures
• Communicates well and demonstrates self-discipline and patience
• Genuinely cares for the elderly and individuals with disabilities
• Understands and upholds the Patient Bill of Rights and Employee Responsibilities
• Follows all safety policies and procedures

Responsibilities

• Provide Personal Care: Assist with grooming, bathing, catheter care, pericare, and dressing, following care policy guidelines
• Maintain Resident Environment: Change linens and ensure grooming supplies are stocked
• Support Mobility: Safely ambulate and transfer residents using assistive devices and proper body mechanics
• Record Vital Information: Accurately document vitals, weights, intake/output, and meal consumption
• Assist with Positioning: Turn and reposition residents routinely for comfort and safety
• Encourage Engagement: Lead range of motion exercises and provide reality orientation as directed
