Job summary

Trinity Community at Beavercreek is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA/CENA) to provide compassionate physical and emotional care to residents. Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, mealtimes, hygiene, mobility, and rehabilitation activities while ensuring safety and dignity for each resident.

Team members must communicate clearly with residents, families, and nursing staff, document care accurately, and participate in ongoing education.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; Nursing Assistant program certification required.
• Must obtain and maintain mandatory state/federal CNA requirements and certifications.
• Ability to read, write, understand and speak English; basic computer/charting skills.

Responsibilities

• Participates in nursing reports at start of shift.
• Assists residents with ADLs and mobility.
• Supports bathing, grooming, hygiene, and dressing.
• Explains procedures before administration and ensures safety.
• Keeps residents dry, changes linens, and reports changes in condition.
