Job summary

Trinity Community at Beavercreek is seeking a dedicated CNA/CENA to provide compassionate resident care in a senior living setting. You will assist with meals, personal care, mobility and safety, while following care plans and reporting changes to the nursing team.

Responsibilities include documenting I&O, maintaining infection control, and supporting activities of daily living in collaboration with staff. Prior experience is not required; a state-approved CNA program is expected.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a state-approved Nursing Assistant program.
• Must obtain and maintain mandatory state and federal requirements and certifications.
• Ability to read, write, understand and speak English.
• Experience with basic computer tasks for charting.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, grooming, hygiene and meals.
• Report changes in residents' condition to supervisor promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of resident units and related areas.
• Assist with transfers, mobility, and use of adaptive equipment as directed.
• Record entries on flow sheets and I&O at point of care.
