Job summary

Trinity Community at Beavercreek, part of United Church Homes, is seeking a Non-Certified Nursing Assistant (NCNA) to support nursing staff in day-to-day resident care.

You will assist with activities of daily living, document care in Point Click Care, and follow dementia care protocols. No prior experience is required, and Ohio NATCEP-certified candidates are preferred.

This on-site role emphasizes compassion, safety, and teamwork within a respectful, person-centered care environment.

Qualifications

• Nurse Aide Training is required.
• No prior experience is necessary.
• Must be able to proficiently operate a computer, the Internet and basic office equipment.
• Active NATCEP certificate and Ohio Department of Health requirements must be met, with continued education and competency evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with lifting, positioning and transporting residents while maintaining safety.
• Assist residents with ambulation and mobility as directed.
• Perform restorative and rehabilitative procedures per instructions.
• Document care in Point Click Care accurately and timely.
• Maintain cleanliness of resident units and care areas; report changes to supervisor promptly.
