Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• No prior experience required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Receives assignment from supervisor to assist in resident care.
• Answers call lights promptly and follow up on resident needs.
• Assist residents with personal care and daily activities as able.
• Document changes in resident condition and progress in medical records.
• Return verbal and written reports to the next shift.
• Support residents with mobility and assistance during meals.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness of resident units and equipment.
