Job summary

Avamere Rehab of Oregon City is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a full-time, evenings shift, Sunday through Thursday at 1400 Division St, Oregon City, OR 97045.

The CNA will provide routine daily nursing care per each resident's assessment and care plan, support activities, transport residents to appointments, and contribute to a warm, calm environment in the facility.

Qualifications

• Have a 10th grade education or above.
• Be a licensed certified nursing assistant in this state.
• Must maintain and have an active CPR/BLS during employment.
• Have a passion for caregiving and enhancing the quality of life for our residents.

Responsibilities

• Check residents routinely to ensure personal care needs are met per their wishes.
• Review care plans daily to determine changes in daily care routines.
• Inform the nurse supervisor of changes in resident condition for updates to care plans.
• Assist residents with daily needs and transport to appointments.
• Create a warm, patient, cheerful environment for residents.
