Job summary

Avamere Rehab of Oregon City is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a full-time DAY shift from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Friday through Monday, at 1400 Division St, Oregon City, OR 97045. The CNA provides daily nursing care per the resident’s care plan and supports activity participation.

The role requires a valid CNA license, active CPR/BLS, and a genuine passion for caregiving to enhance residents’ quality of life within a warm, respectful environment.

Qualifications

• Have a 10th grade education or above.
• Be a licensed certified nursing assistant in this state.
• Must maintain and have an active CPR/BLS during employment.
• Have a passion for caregiving and enhancing the quality of life for our residents.

Responsibilities

• Check each resident routinely to ensure personal care needs are met as per their wishes.
• Review resident care plans daily to determine changes in daily care.
• Inform the nurse supervisor of any changes in the resident’s condition so updates can be made.
