Senior Lifestyle is seeking a compassionate caregiver to assist residents under supervision of medical staff. Responsibilities include vital signs, daily living activities, and contributing to care plans. Must have a high school diploma or GED and CNA licensure per state requirements, with English proficiency and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent
• 1–3 months related experience or training preferred
• Clinical/Nursing background helpful and relevant certifications (CNA licensure per state)

Responsibilities

• Take and record vital signs.
• Measure and record height, weight, and fluid intake/output.
• Recognize abnormal changes and report to supervisor.
• Assist with medication reminders and activities of daily living.
• Transfer, position, and turn residents.
• Provide skin care.
• Contribute to assessments and care plans.
• Follow supervisor’s schedule for resident needs.
• Provide emotional and social support to residents.
• Respect resident rights and dignity; report abuse or neglect when observed.
