Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Alabama CNA certification or obtain within 120 days of hire.
• Experience as a CNA is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily personal care and ADL support.
• Keep resident rooms and care areas clean.
• Assist in orientation of new residents.
• Document care as instructed.
• Report changes in resident condition to charge nurse.
• Monitor and record vital signs and report changes.
