Job summary

Extended Care LLC is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our affiliated facility. You will provide compassionate personal care, assistance with bathing, dining, mobility, and positioning, while ensuring resident safety and dignity.

In this role, you will work with a team to deliver individualized care and engage residents with meaningful interactions, helping them maintain independence and quality of life in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant Certification (per state requirements).
• Ability to work every other weekend.
• Compliance with the state's Health Care Worker Background Check requirements.
• Proficiency in performing technical skills required of a nursing assistant.
• Positive and compassionate attitude toward residents and visitors.
• Energetic, professional, and reliable work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Ensure resident safety by following proper infection control policies and procedures.
• Remain calm under stress while maintaining a 'can-do' attitude.
• Provide personal care, including assistance with bathing, toileting, dining, mobility, and positioning.
• Support residents in looking and feeling their best while encouraging independence.
• Empower residents to function at their highest possible level.
