Job summary

Qualifications
- Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with state laws.
- CPR preferred.
- 10th grade education required.
Responsibilities
- Provide routine daily nursing care per the resident care plan.
- Identify residents before procedures and document accordingly.
- Record vitals, intake and daily activities as directed.
- Assist with daily living activities and mobility.
- Maintain confidentiality and report any privacy breaches.
- Follow facility policies and procedures and report issues promptly.
