Job summary

Willow Knoll Post Acute and Senior Living is seeking a dedicated aide to provide routine daily care for residents in a post-acute setting. You will follow each resident’s care plan, assist with meals, and ensure a safe, welcoming environment throughout your shift.

Responsibilities include documenting notes, reporting changes to leadership, and protecting resident privacy while assisting with activities of daily living. This role emphasizes compassionate care and teamwork in a clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, a high school education or its equivalent.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business material.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily care and services to residents per assessment and care plan.
• Use PCC to ensure correct resident information and assist with ALDS, meals, etc.
• Report changes in residents’ condition to Health and Wellness Director promptly.
