Job summary

• Identify residents using wristband/photo card before procedures.
• Record entries accurately on flow sheets/notes.
• Report changes in resident condition promptly to supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before administering treatments or meals.
• Record information using approved abbreviations.
• Maintain clean, safe resident rooms and assist with daily living activities.
• Assist with meals, mobility, and transfers as trained.
• Escort residents to rooms and prepare spaces for new or transferring residents.
• Ensure confidentiality and report any violations or suspected breaches.
