Job summary

Responsibilities

• Respond to call lights and determine resident needs.

• Explain procedures and assist with activities of daily living.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Monitor health signs and document observations as directed.
• Maintain cleanliness of resident areas and equipment.
• Record care provided and participate in staff meetings.
