Spring View Nursing and Rehab in Kentucky is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our clinical team on weekdays, day shift. You will assist residents with daily living activities and support nursing staff in a caring, patient-centered environment.

Responsibilities include taking vital signs, documenting changes, and communicating effectively with residents, families, and coworkers. Active CNA certification and one year of long-term care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• At least one year of CNA experience in a long-term care setting preferred.
• Active CNA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Attend to residents' daily living needs (bathing, feeding, dressing, ambulating).
• Take and record resident vital signs; assist with lifting, moving, and transporting.
• Recognize and report changes in resident conditions to nursing staff.
• Communicate effectively with residents, visitors, families, peers, and supervisors.
