Creative Solutions in Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Transportation Aide – CNA to ensure residents are transported safely to appointments and activities while receiving attentive care.

You will drive residents, monitor safety and comfort, and assist with mobility, vitals, and related CNA tasks within the facility when not transporting. A valid Texas CNA certification and driving responsibilities are required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record.
• Must be at least 25 years old for insurance requirements.
• Current Nursing Assistant Certification in Texas is required.
• Ability to safely transport residents and assist with mobility.

Responsabilités

• Safely transport residents to and from medical appointments, therapy, and activities
• Ensure resident comfort and monitor safety during transport
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition promptly
• Assist with mobility and transfers using assistive devices
• Monitor vitals when needed during transport
• Support CNA duties in the facility when not transporting
