Job summary

Creative Solutions in Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Transportation Aide – CNA to safely transport residents to appointments and activities while delivering compassionate care.

You will also assist with CNA duties in the facility, monitor safety and comfort during transport, report changes promptly, and support the team with mobility assistance. A valid driver’s license, clean driving record, Texas CNA certification, and DMV approval are required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Age 25 or older for insurance requirements.
• Current Nursing Assistant Certification in Texas.
• Ability to pass DMV check and qualify for company insurance.
• Completion of the Employee Driver Proficiency program.
• Strong communication, patience and attention to detail.
• Comfortable with caregiving and safe vehicle operation.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport residents to medical appointments and activities.
• Monitor residents' safety and comfort during transport.
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition promptly.
• Assist with mobility and transfers using proper technique.
• Record vitals when needed during transport.
• Assist CNA duties in the facility when not transporting residents.
