Creative Solutions in Healthcare is seeking a Transportation Aide – CNA to safely transport residents to appointments and activities while delivering compassionate care. You will drive residents, monitor comfort, and support nursing staff on shifts.

Applicants must have a valid driver's license, a Texas Nursing Assistant Certification, and a clean driving record. The role combines caregiving with safe vehicle operation and teamwork in a busy facility.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Age 25 or older for insurance purposes.
• Current Nursing Assistant Certification in Texas.
• Able to pass DMV check and qualify for company insurance.
• Complete the Employee Driver Proficiency program.
• Strong communication, patience, and attention to detail.
• Comfortable with caregiving and safe vehicle operation.

Responsabilités

• Safely Transport Residents: Drive residents to and from medical appointments, therapy sessions, and scheduled activities.
• Ensure Resident Comfort: Monitor safety and comfort throughout transport.
• Observe & Report: Watch for changes in residents' condition during transport and report any concerns promptly.
• Assist with Mobility: Help residents ambulate and transfer using assistive devices and proper technique.
• Monitor Vital Signs: Record vitals when needed during transport.
• Support the Team: Assist with CNA duties in the facility when not transporting residents.
