Job summary

Creative Solutions in Healthcare seeks a Transportation Aide – CNA to safely transport residents to appointments and activities, while delivering compassionate care and ensuring mobility and safety at all times.

The role also supports CNA duties in the facility when not transporting, requires a valid Texas Nursing Assistant Certification, clean driver record, and a willingness to pass DMV and insurance checks.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Current Nursing Assistant Certification in Texas.
• Ability to pass DMV check and qualify for company insurance.
• Completion of Employee Driver Proficiency program.
• Strong communication, patience, and attention to detail.
• Comfortable with caregiving and safe vehicle operation.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport residents to and from medical appointments, therapy sessions, and activities.
• Monitor safety and comfort during transport.
• Observe changes in residents’ condition and report concerns promptly.
• Assist residents with mobility and transfers using assistive devices and proper technique.
• Record vitals when needed during transport.
• Support CNA duties in the facility when not transporting residents.
