Job summary

Creative Solutions in Healthcare is seeking a Transportation Aide – CNA to ensure residents are transported safely to appointments and activities while providing compassionate care.

The role requires a valid Texas Nursing Assistant Certification, a clean driving record, and the ability to document vitals and assist with mobility as needed. You will support CNA duties when not transporting residents and participate in the DMV checks and insurance requirements.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Texas Nursing Assistant Certification.
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must pass DMV background check and qualify for company insurance.
• Must complete Employee Driver Proficiency program.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport residents to appointments and activities.
• Monitor safety and comfort during transport.
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition.
• Assist residents with mobility using assistive devices and proper technique.
• Record vitals when needed during transport.
• Support CNA duties in the facility when not transporting residents.
