Job summary

WESTERVILLE is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care per individualized care plans. You will support residents with daily activities, monitor conditions, and communicate changes to the nursing team.

Responsibilities include charting, assisting with ADLs, and ensuring a safe, comfortable environment while maintaining resident dignity and confidentiality. Training will follow facility procedures and policies.

Qualifications

• Must have current CNA certification.
• Demonstrated ability to assist residents with daily activities.
• Good communication with residents, families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine nursing care to residents per care plans.
• Record and report changes in residents' condition to nursing staff.
• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in residents' rooms and common areas.
