Job summary

WESTERVILLE is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plans. You will identify residents, record observations, assist with daily living activities, and support the nursing staff on the unit.

Responsibilities include ensuring patient safety, maintaining accurate flow sheet documentation, reporting changes to the Nurse Supervisor, and preserving resident privacy.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed CNA in the state of Ohio.
• CPR certification preferred.
