Job summary

WESTERVILLE in is hiring for a FT DAY SHIFT STNA (Healthcare) to provide routine nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans.

The role requires a current Certified Nursing Assistant license in the state, and you will perform duties such as measuring vital signs, assisting with activities of daily living, documenting care, and ensuring a safe, respectful environment for residents. This on-site position offers a stable schedule and teamwork with nursing staff.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with state laws.
• Ability to read, write and interpret routine information.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before administering treatments using wristbands or photo IDs.
• Record entries on flow sheets and charts accurately.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor promptly.
• Maintain resident privacy and protect health information.
• Assist with daily living activities and personal care tasks.
• Prepare rooms and assist with transfers between rooms.
