Job summary

Village of Westerville is seeking a compassionate CNA to deliver individualized care according to each resident’s care plan. You will assist with Activities of Daily Living and promote independence while maintaining dignity.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED equivalent.
• Current certification from an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by resident care plans.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and dignity.
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team.
• Engage with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner.
• Participate in ongoing learning through seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences.
