Job summary

The Goodman Group, LLC is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our care team in Clearwater, FL. The role supports residents with daily living needs, activities, and ongoing care under supervision from nursing staff.

Active CNA license required. Day shift is 7:00am - 3:00pm or per facility schedule; this role includes every other weekend and a $2 weekend shift differential. Prior home care/long-term care experience preferred; training provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Must meet all applicable state and federal requirements for this position.
• Prefer 6 months or more of experience in a home care, assisted living, or long-term care facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical support for daily living activities, including transfers and mobility.
• Observe and report changes in residents' health to the nurse.
• Respond promptly to resident call signals and address needs.
• Maintain infection control and a safe environment.
• Communicate with nurses about resident conditions and concerns.
• Document required information timely and accurately.
• Provide companionship and meet in-service requirements.
