Qualifications

• Active CNA license required to be considered
• 6 months+ experience in home care, assisted living, or long‑term care preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide daily living assistance (bathing, dressing, transfers, meals) and monitor vital signs
• Observe and report changes in residents' health or behavior to the nurse
• Respond promptly to call signals and maintain resident safety
• Ensure infection control and a safe facility environment
• Communicate resident conditions to nurses and document appropriately
• Complete required documentation in a timely manner
• Provide companionship and support to residents
• Meet federal and state in‑service requirements and perform other duties as assigned
