Qualifications

• Must meet all applicable state and federal requirements for this position.
• Prefer 6 months or more of experience in a home care, assisted living, or long-term care facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical support to assist residents with daily living activities (lifting, transfers, bed mobility, bathing, dressing, toileting, walking).
• Observe and document health, behavior, and condition changes and report to nurse.
• Respond promptly to resident call signals and maintain safety and infection control practices.
• Communicate with nurses regarding resident conditions and concerns.
• Complete required documentation in a timely manner.
• Provide companionship, comfort, and support to residents.
