Job summary

Qualifications

• Active CNA license is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical support to residents for daily living activities including lifting, transfers, bathing, dressing, toileting, and meals.
• Observe and document health and changes, report to the nurse.
• Respond to resident call signals and requests promptly.
• Maintain safety and infection control practices within the facility.
• Communicate with nurses regarding resident conditions and concerns.
• Complete required documentation in a timely manner.
• Provide companionship and support to residents.
• Meet federal and state in-service requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
