Job summary

The Goodman Group, LLC is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to support residents in daily activities in a Florida-based facility. An active CNA license is required to be considered for this role.

Full time or part time shifts are available (Day, Evening, Night) with additional differential for night and weekend shifts. The role emphasizes resident care, safety, and teamwork within the Nursing Department.

Qualifications

• Must meet all applicable state and federal requirements for this position.
• Prefer 6 months or more of experience in a home care, assisted living, or long-term care facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical support to assist residents with daily living activities (lifting, transfers, bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility).
• Observe and document residents' health and condition; report changes to the nurse.
• Respond promptly to resident signals and calls; ensure timely responses.
• Maintain safety and infection control; report unsafe conditions.
• Communicate with nurses regarding resident conditions and concerns.
• Complete required documentation in a timely manner.
• Provide companionship and support to residents.
• Meet federal and state in-service requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
