PACS Group is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine nursing care to residents in a California facility. The role requires attentiveness to residents' needs, accurate documentation, and adherence to privacy and safety policies.

You will support daily activities, assist with mobility, and participate in shift handoffs to ensure continuity of care. The position emphasizes compassionate interaction, proper recording of vitals and intake, and collaboration with nursing

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant as per state laws.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general procedures and regulations.
• Ability to write reports and documents.
• Ability to effectively present information to managers and staff.

Responsabilités

• Provide residents with routine daily nursing care and services.
• Identify residents using wristband/photo card before treatments or meals.
• Report changes in residents' condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
• Record entries on flow sheets, notes, charts, in a descriptive manner.
• Maintain resident confidentiality and report any unauthorized disclosure of information.
• Assist with daily living activities and personal care as instructed.
• Assist residents with mobility, positioning, and transfers as needed.
• Assist with meals, hydration, and medical tests as required.
• Participate in nursing shift reports and quality improvement efforts.
