Job summary

PACS is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant in West Palm Beach, FL to provide routine daily nursing care per care plans. You will identify residents, assist with daily living activities, document care, and support the Nurse Supervisor to maintain a safe, respectful environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid CNA license, and CPR certification preferred. You will work with a compassionate care team to maintain high-quality resident care in a fast-paced facility.

Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, a 10th grade education.
• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with laws of the state. CPR Preferred

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before administering treatments using wristbands or photo IDs.
• Report changes in residents' condition to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Record entries on flow sheets, notes, charts in an informative, descriptive manner.
• Assist residents with daily functions and ensure comfort and safety.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident care information including protected health information.
