Job summary

Monarch Communities is seeking a Caregiver to support residents in daily life activities at a part-time and/or full-time, non-exempt, hourly rate job. The position pays $21.00–$22.00 per hour and requires CNA or CHHA certification, with elderly care experience preferred.

The caregiver will report to the Health & Wellness Director, assist with personal care, meals, and daily activities, and document care provided during shifts while ensuring resident safety and dignity.

Qualifications

• Must hold CNA or CHHA certification.
• Experience with elderly care preferred, including dementia exposure.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living per care plan.
• Provide personal care, meal assistance, laundry, and housekeeping.
• Maintain safety, dignity, and confidentiality for residents.
• Escort residents to meals and activities.
• Document services performed during shift.
• Report changes in resident condition to supervisor.
