Job summary

Monarch Communities is seeking a Part-Time Caregiver (CNA/CHHA) to support residents under the direction of the Health & Wellness Director. The role is weekend-focused, with shifts Friday through Monday from 7a-3p or 3p-11p, and pays $21.00–$22.00 per hour.

This position includes weekend-only scheduling and comprehensive on-site benefits, with emphasis on compassionate, resident-centered care. The incumbent will assist with daily living activities, document care in the ALIS EHR, and collaborate

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of resident care experience required.
• CNA or CHHA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities per care plan.
• Document care activities and vital signs as required.
• Maintain safety, dignity, and confidentiality of residents.
• Assist with meals, activities, and transportation as needed.
• Adhere to schedules and report changes to supervisor.
• Complete documentation in ALIS EHR during shift.
• Participate in trainings and comply with regulations.
