Job summary

Reflections Retirement Community in Minooka, IL seeks a full-time CNA for second shift to provide personalized resident care. You will assist with ADLs, monitor health status, and collaborate with the clinical team to maintain dignity and independence for residents.

Requires a High School diploma or GED and an accredited CNA certification. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential to connect with residents and families while upholding confidentiality and compassionate

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Current CNA certification from an accredited program.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must demonstrate ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident’s care plan
• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and maintaining dignity
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team
• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience
• Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences
• Comply with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information
• Perform any other duties as assigned
