You will deliver daily living assistance, document care, and support our guests with warmth and hospitality, with starting wages of $18.00 per hour and potential raises up to $21.40 per hour plus $3.40 hero pay.

Qualifications

• Must have caregiving experience.
• Completion of approved Nursing Assistant training program.
• Current CNA Nursing Assistant Certification required by the State of Michigan.
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering passionate, innovative care.
• Team player, dedicated to supporting the team.

Responsabilités

• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with guests, families, and visitors.
• Perform and document patient care using individualized care plans, including bathing and activities of daily living.
• Record nutritional intake, vital signs, and routine care tasks.
• Support therapies by encouraging continued well-being.
• Observe and report significant changes to the nursing team.
