WellBridge of Rochester Hills is seeking caring CNAs to join our award-winning team. You will assist with daily living activities, document care, and support a compassionate care environment for our guests.

This full- or part-time role offers competitive hourly wages and a comprehensive benefits package. Starting wages range from $20.00 to $23.00 per hour based on certification, plus $3.40 hero pay, with yearly wage increases.

Qualifications

• You have completed an approved nurse aide training program and hold current CNA certification in Michigan.
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to compassionate care.
• Team player who supports coworkers and contributes to a positive patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform and document patient care according to individualized care plans, including ADLs.
• Assist with bathing, skin care, and routine health maintenance.
• Document nutritional intake, vital signs, and daily care activities.
• Support therapies and monitor conditions, reporting changes to the nursing team.
• Promote hospitality and exceptional customer service in daily interactions.
