Job summary

Wellbridge of Pinckney is seeking compassionate Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our EPIC Award Winning team. You will assist guests with daily living, promote hospitality, and support the clinical team with ADLs and documentation.

We offer 12-hour shifts, full-time or part-time options, rotating weekends, and holiday coverage. Competitive hourly wages with potential hero pay and annual wage increases. Certifications required: CNA license in Michigan.

Qualifications

• Completed an approved Nursing Assistant training program.
• Current Nursing Assistant (CNA) License certification from the State of Michigan.
• Excellent customer service and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with guests, families, and visitors.
• Perform and document patient care using individualized care plans, including bathing and ADL-related tasks.
• Monitor and document nutritional intake, BP, TPRs, catheter care, and mobility activities.
