Job summary

NexCare Health in Jackson, MI is seeking CNAs to provide compassionate care and support to guests across activities of daily living. You will document patient care, assist with therapies, and help maintain a welcoming environment for patients and families.

The role includes base pay of $21.50–$24.20/hour, plus $3.40/hour hero pay, and shift premiums. 2nd shift adds $1.50/hour; weekends add $1.00/hour. Regular wage increases are offered.

Qualifications

• Must have completed an approved Nursing Assistant training program and CNA certification in Michigan.
• Strong customer service skills with a commitment to compassionate care.
• Team player dedicated to supporting colleagues and patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living and therapeutic activities.
• Document patient care using care plans and charts.
• Monitor patient condition and report significant changes to the nursing team.
