Job summary
WellBridge of Romeo is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our award-winning team in Romeo, MI. You will deliver daily living assistance, document care, and support our guests with warmth and hospitality, with starting wages of $18.00 per hour and potential raises up to $21.40 per hour plus $3.40 hero pay.

Qualifications
- Must have caregiving experience.
- Completion of approved Nursing Assistant training program.
- Current CNA Nursing Assistant Certification required by the State of Michigan.
- Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering passionate, innovative care.
- Team player, dedicated to supporting the team.
Responsibilities
- Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with guests, families, and visitors.
- Perform and document patient care using individualized care plans, including bathing and activities of daily living.
- Record nutritional intake, vital signs, and routine care tasks.
- Support therapies by encouraging continued well-being.
- Observe and report significant changes to the nursing team.

- You will promote hospitality and excellent customer service in our every daily interaction with our guests, their families, and visitors. Through kind words and encouragement, you will promote a positive, healthy environment in which to heal and thrive.
- You will perform and document patient care using the individualized care plans as a guide. Bathing and all activities of daily living related care, such as skin care, preventative and supportive care, routine morning and evening mouth care, shaving, and dressing.
- You will perform and document nutritional intake, blood pressure, TPRs, catheter care, bowel/bladder training, weights, turning, positioning, range of motion, and ambulation.
- You will support physical, psychological, occupational, speech, restorative and recreational therapies by positively encouraging and promoting continued well-being.
- You will observe and report, as necessary, significant changes in routine or condition as appropriate to your nursing team
- Must have caregiving experience.
- You have completed of an approved Nursing Assistanttraining program, with current CNA Nursing Assistant Certificationrequired from the State of Michigan
