Job summary

WellBridge of Brighton is looking for compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our award-winning team. You will assist guests with daily living activities, document care plans, and support our clinical staff in providing safe, respectful care.

We offer starting wages of $19.15 per hour plus $3.40 hero pay and a $0.75 shift premium for afternoons, with yearly wage increases and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, holiday pay, tuition

Qualifications

Completed an approved Nursing Assistant training program and current CNA certification from Michigan.
Excellent customer service skills with commitment to delivering passionate, innovative care.
Team player dedicated to supporting teammates and getting the job done.

Responsibilities

Assist with bathing and activities of daily living per individualized care plans.
Document patient care and daily activities as required.
Monitor and document nutritional intake, blood pressure, and vital signs.
Support therapists and rehabilitation by encouraging ongoing well-being.
Observe and report significant changes to the nursing team.
