Job summary
Alden Village Health Facility for Children and Young Adults is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants for full-time, part-time, and weekend 12-hour shifts. No experience required. Shifts include 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, and 10pm-6am. PRN and weekend-only shifts also available.
Provide residents with daily nursing care under supervision; ensure high quality care in a supportive environment. Training and CPR certification must be completed within two weeks of employment.
Qualifications
- Successful completion of a nursing arts course with a diploma or certificate.
- Must be at least 16 years old and of good moral character.
- Must possess a high school diploma or GED.
- Must obtain CPR certification or complete training within two weeks of employment.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English clearly.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily nursing care to residents following standards and policies.
- Assist with activities of daily living and care plans.
- Maintain patient safety and comfort; document care and observations.
- Report concerns to supervising nurses and participate in care conferences.
- Assist with obtaining vital signs and other routine nursing tasks.
