Qualifications

• Must hold valid state Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certification in the state of practice.
• Prior experience as CMT in LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer daily medications to residents in accordance with standards of practice and regulations.
• Monitor residents and report changes.
• Collect and record medication administration information.
