Morningside House is hiring a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) to help residents receive medications safely and on time. You will follow orders, maintain records, and communicate with the nursing team.

This role also supports daily living activities as needed and requires patience, organization, and compassion. After probation, a path to full-time benefits including insurance, 401K, and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• Certified Medication Aide certification required, with full transcripts and up to date observations.

Responsibilities

• Administers medications as ordered under supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Demonstrates knowledge of the five rights of medication administration.
• Maintains accurate medication records in the system.
• Communicates changes to nursing staff and documents incidents as needed.
• Assists with daily living activities as required and supports resident dignity and safety.
