Qualifications

• CMAT certification required or actively pursuing CMAT status.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications to residents according to physician orders and care plans.
• Monitor residents for adverse reactions or side effects and report findings to nursing staff.
• Maintain accurate medication records and document changes in regimens.
• Assist residents with medication management and educate on schedules and techniques.
• Collaborate with the nursing team and other healthcare professionals to ensure timely medication care.
• Participate in training programs and continuing education on medication administration and safety.
