Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in a health care setting.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• English reading, writing and speaking proficiency; bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to company policies and procedures and maintain professional conduct.
• Provide nursing care as directed and supervise assigned aides.
• Monitor vital signs, manage bowel/bladder routines, and support restorative programs.
• Assist with personal care, incontinence care, and supply maintenance.
• Pass medications under state regulations and maintain safety in care delivery.
• Observe residents, report changes to the Director of Nursing, and document appropriately.
