Job summary

Mercy Health in Cincinnati is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to support the primary care physician, review and update health records, and prepare rooms for examinations.

The CMA will measure vital signs, greet patients, and perform clerical tasks while ensuring compliance with state guidelines and Medical Assisting scope. Active MA certification is required; BLS is needed for certain locations.

Qualifications

• Must possess problem-solving skills and strong communication abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and professional interaction with patients and staff.
• Basic computer skills for charting and records review.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients courteously and provide excellent customer service.
• Prepare and review patient charts, verify test results and records.
